Introducing Hops, the first in a new series of children’s books from an author known to her readers as “Nana T”.

Nana T loves nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren, especially in her sprawling backyard garden, large enough to be a jungle in a child’s eyes. These books are a gift to her grandchildren, but she’s sharing them with parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren everywhere.

Illustrations are from the very talented hands and creative spirit of Kim Sponaugle.

Excerpt

Haden and Nana T carefully moved a big leaf in search of bugs. Haden gasped. “Look!” he said. “A little frog!” Nana T and Haden did not move for fear the little frog would get scared and jump away.

“Yes, a little tree frog.” Nana T whispered. “And see how his green color matches the leaf. He is hiding from other animals in the garden. Do you think he is looking for a bug, too?”
